The Smart Clean Difference
The New Zealand AS/NZS 3733 requires carpets to be cleaned according to a specific process, requiring Chemicals, Heat, Agitation and Time (no rush jobs). This is a minimum. Few cleaners offer this. Smart Clean 7 Step Process meets these standards and raises the bar even further.

3. Agitation that eliminates stains
Stains, spots and soil marks that keep coming back are a huge source of frustration. Incorrect cleaning agents and lack of proper agitation are two reasons why oils and other substances stick around. Smart Clean will use special equipment and chemicals to remove unsightly spots for good.
4. Hot water extraction
The hotter the water the better the finish. Smart Clean brings the largest truck mounted rotary carpet extractor to your home or office, and will apply the highest levels of heated water – as well as airflow and water-lift – available in Auckland to get your carpets cleaner and post-clean drier than they’ve ever been
5. Right Rinsing
Incomplete rinsing leaves a smell and a dull finish to your carpet clean. Smart Clean uses a conditioner to remove the most soil and cleaning residues to achieve best results – soft and clean for longer.
6. Grooming
A good after-clean brush – using brushes and rakes with soft, dense bristles – stands the pile up to allow airflow and quicker drying, and leaves a nice uniform finish.
7. Aided Drying
Smart Clean’s carpet and floor dryers (down draft air movers), speed-dry carpets and hard floors after cleaning by blowing warm air at 360-degree angles across the floor.
